The site is organised such that the 75 house plots are grouped in clusters around areas of landscaped gardens. Each of these gardens would have a specific design and planting scheme giving each group of houses its own identity within an overarching landscape design theme for the whole development. The site only has a 146m length of beach frontage so that only the front two clusters will benefit directly from sea views, therefore it is the landscape scheme of these cluster gardens that will give the development its sense of ‘beach’ further back into the site. These should feel like gardens by the sea with use of bodies of water, sand, sea pines, cacti and other indigeneous plants.
