A collaboration between Eric Parry Architects, London and REAL Architecture to design 17 luxury villas in the new residential area of district 2.  The villas are arranged around the edge of a triangular site to create a central private landscaped garden for the use of all the residents.  A series of vertical gardens extend the landscape into the buildings.

The detailing and materiality of the villas reflect a desire to push the boundaries of contemporary tropical design and create a sense of place. Each villa has large open plan living spaces, shaded verandahs and a family room and an open terrace on the upper levels.
